We are still alive over here! As I look at the date of my last post it makes me feel bad that I do not update our blog more often! But then I think about how busy we have been with schooling, a busy 2 year old and a growing 5 month old and realize that I am not a horrible person for keeping our blog current!
We have, like I said, been very busy! As I am typing this Hyrum is crying in his bed (like he has for the past hour, because the wind is so loud that it keeps him awake) and Olivia is just waking up from her nap!
Things going on in our lives:
Trevor is keeping busy with work since the other driver quit and he is now the only driver again. He has only 10 more days of class left and 2 days of finals. We were lucky to have him around at nights last week since we was on Spring Break. He spends all available time playing with our kids and keeping us laughing.
Kim stays busy babysitting Monday and Wednesday mornings. She has started another craft (post to follow sometime once it is finished) She is trying to keep her sanity with all the wind keeping her and 2 busy kids inside. She has been working out on a regular basis and has lost over 10 inches in areas on her body! She is trying to get in better shape so she can keep up with her busy kids and not feel so exhausted all the time... naps in the afternoon have been normal around our house.
Olivia is talking more and more everyday. She loves to sing any song that she knows (itsy bitsy spider, twinkle twinkle, let it go, love is an open door, patty cake and so much more) She loves to dance to music being played and absolutely loves her little brother! She is so ready for him to be more mobile so she can play with him more.
Hyrum is 5 months old and growing so fast! It you lay him on the floor, he will be clear across the room in seconds by rolling and starting to army crawl/waddle. He is so happy and loves to laugh and smile. He has been sleeping through the night since he was 3 months which makes for a happy mom. He goes to bed without a fuss around 8:30pm and wakes up happy around 5:30am! So nice!
We are happy, healthy, busy and loving our eternal family! I hope to be posting pictures and more about our life as of lately soon! But this will have to do for now! We love you all and hope you are having a great April 1st! (April showers hopefully will be coming soon... not this horrible wind)
