I figured I would post a quick note to update about Trevor and his CNA test!
He passeed his CNA class with above a 90% and passed his State Board CNA test with a 92%!
So smart... not that we doubted that he would pass but he just needed the extra encouragement! We are so happy that the CHRISTmas Season is finally here! May you enjoy your Holidays where ever you are and however you celebrate them! And be safe in all that you do!

Small to the world.. but HUGE to Us!!!
Trevor has been taking his CNA course this semester! He has enjoyed every minute of it... and if you know Trevor that says a lot since he has never been fond of school. Last week was his final week of class and on Wednesday last week he took his final! He passed his final in the class with a 100%. So his final grade in the whole class was above 90%. This is where things get a little more stressed. The class he was taking, if he gets a 75% or higher he gets his certificate of completion, and then is to schedule his state board test so he can officially be a certified CNA and get a good job! He scheduled his test for tomorrow... Thursday in the morning!
The State Board test includes a written test in which he has to answer a minimum or 75 questions right and a maximum of like 130 or something! He just continues taking test questions until he gets the right amount correct! Then once he is done with the written part of the test he moves on to the skills portion of the test! I think if i remember right he has to do 4 skills where he acts out how to do certain things like change a bed pan or help a patient walk and speak how he is doing the steps in the correct order to a judge. That is the part Trevor is the most worried about.. but I know he can do it because he already has done it for a whole semester in class.
What I am asking is please keep him in your thought and prayers tomorrow morning so he can be focused on everything he has already learned. That he can have a clear mind to remember everything he has learned. That he wont be nervous, and he can remain calm and collected and do everything that he knows how to do! We are so proud of him and are excited to move on with a new part of our life when he passes! He will be leaving for Showlow to take his test at 8am! We will not know if he passed or failed till next week! Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers that he can pass!
I know he can do it! He just needs a little support! :)
Happy Wednesday before Christmas! We are celebrating out Lord and Savior Jesus Christ everyday!

Little Tornado Tours
Olivia is such a busy body! If you were around her as much as some of our family you would totally agree! She hates being held because she cant walk or crawl to explore the world around her! Today was apparently a special occasion! I will show you what it looks like to be in the world of our "little tornado." We hope you enjoy your little tour!
Trevor goes to work most days by 9am and by 9:15 Liv has already played with her toys and taken all the towels, Tupperware and hot pads out of all the drawers! Here she is in action!
All of that mess happened in less than 15 minutes. Then she gets bored and starts moving down the hall to other rooms of the house to destroy!
This all took another 15 minutes! Then she crawled into the kitchen where Kim is putting away her other messes and starts whining and acting ready for a nap! By 9:40 she is laying in her bed with a bottle almost asleep!
The only place in the entire house where she cannot get into trouble or make a mess! Sleeping soundly for a couple hours and then she is back up to do it all over again!
Thanks for joining us on our tour today! Give her a couple hours to sleep and I will take you on another tour... if I have time after cleaning up after her! Happy Thursday!

After pulling everything out of the drawers she moves on to the next project to destroy as mom follows behind to clean it up |
Project #2 is to pull all her toys out of the basket and then move on |
Next she moves to the entry way and dumps her diaper bag out |
Crawls into the office to sample a little "Dirt-O-Plant" (can you see the dirt on the floor?) |
See's there is stuff on the desk that isn't put away in its place and decided to look for a little music to listen too |

Thanksgiving Week
Kim has been trying to get Trevor to let her set up Christmas for months now (starting after her birthday in September) On Saturday this last week we were going to go too the valley to go through the temple with some family... but we ended up staying home because Kim woke up with double eyed pink eye. She could barely see! So after some talking into, we decided now was best as ever to set up Christmas decorations. We bundled Olivia up in a fluffy jacket, a cute winter hat, pajamas and some shoes and headed out the door to put up the outside decorations. Trevor didn't think it was too cold. (that is why he didn't wear a jacket.. but Kim was also bundled up like Livy) Look closely at the pictures and maybe you will be able to she her one little tooth on the bottom. She is pretty close to getting another at the bottom!
Livy is starting to be such a bug of getting into everything. We have to watch her so close now! She pulled a lamp over today in her room and pulls anything and everything out of drawers and cupboards. We have chairs and stools lining our kitchen.
Yesterday we got the chance to go too the park and spend a couple hours in the nice weather outside. We met Trevor's sister Valerie, his mom Kristi and Val's 3 boys at the park! Trevor had to work so he wasn't able to have fun with us! The boys rolled down the hills and even took Livy on a walk! I am glad I had my camera because it was so cute to watch!
WE have had a good time spending time with Russell Cousin's at the beginning week and can't wait to spend more time with the Miller Cousin's starting on Wednesday. Happy Thanksgiving!
Livy was really helpful of putting lights up... she would hold the end and Trevor would have to get off the ladder to get the string from her |
Happy dadddy... Mommy did not like watching him up on the roof (she is afraid of heights which means everyone is too) |
She kept trying to take her cute hat off.. mom is gonna attach a strap that goes under her chin |
Telling the world a story.. which means she was yelling a story |
Our house all decorated.. we could only get half the house of lights up. Most of the lights didn't work |

McKay on the left and Dallin on the right.. Livy was so happy to walk around with them |
Just banging on the bench |

Update!
So this will mostly be pictures of our growing little girl! She is
getting so big and growing up way too fast! I feel like I blinked during
the 6 month to 9 month stage... and now she will be 10 months next
weekend! She is officially
in a forward facing car seat. We found one with really good rating for a
super good price so we just had to get it! She loves it!
She loves to kiss and play with the baby in the mirror.. and
thinks the baby is the funniest person in the world! She also licks the baby.. which her mom does not like to clean up all the tongue licks on the mirror! :)
She is crawling and getting into everything. And is just about walking... she has walked from one couch across the room to the other before! We cheer her on every time she falls and so she will get back up smiling and try again! WE are so proud of the amazing little girl she is becoming and are glad that we get to call her ours! :)
Happy Weekend! I better get some cleaning done...

Facial Hair and Weights
Kim and Olivia have both decided to start growing facial hair... and Olivia has started lifting weights!
On a not cool note... Kim took Olivia to her 9 month well baby check up yesterday and she was told that the runny nose has built up to so much fluid that she has an ear infection (for the 3rd time) But everything else was good! She was 19 pounds (50 percentile) and 30 inches (off the chart for her age) She finally has one little tooth on the bottom and there is 1 more working on coming in! All the other 4 that were coming in have moved back up again and will be here another month! As for right now we are working on getting her to start sleeping through the night again instead of waking up 3 times every night. Hopefully once she is done with her antibiotics she will start sleeping better. We can't wait for what November brings! Happy Thursday!

Stairs
I have been meaning to post this video since Monday so I am finally gonna sit down and do it while Trevor is reading Presidential Poll stuff and Livy is crawling around laughing to herself.
On Sunday Livy discovered that she can go up stairs. She was pretty good at it and did not need help at all. She discovered that she has to keep going once she starts or else the stairs behind her is further down than she realized. Sorry the video is sideways but I forgot it doesn't change to upright once on the computer. She is learning things so quick and is acting like she is about ready to start walking soon. Can't wait for tomorrows adventures of our little 9 month old growing princess!

Oh No...
So this weekend we brought out our push along/ scoot along toy for Livy to start using. WE figured she is probably still too young to use it... We were so wrong! She stood up to it the minute I put it on the floor and started walking away. Man were we surprised... She shouldn't be doing that so early. Yes we are ready for her to start walking because she will be so much happier but I was not prepared for this.
She is growing up fast and we love how much she is learning. Happy Monday! Have a great week!

Soaking Wet and Covered in Pumpkin Guts
Poor Livy has to suffer when her mom and dad get ideas about how to take a picture of her. Kim is constantly thinking about ways to take pictures of her so we can do mini photo shoots. Apparently Livy was thinking about it too because as Kim was showering and getting ready for the day Liv decided to crawl into the shower fully dressed and get soaking wet. She loves the water so it was perfect.
She was in the shower with Kim before she even realized that she was gonna get soaking wet. She didn't like being fully dressed and Kim trying to take the wet clothes off her.
Our backyard is changing colors so quick and dropping all the leaves on the trees even though it is still pretty warm during the day. So we decided to take another photo shoot of our super cute model.
Even though the leaves on the ground make it look cold outside it was actually 85 degrees outside that day.
Livy is a fun model... but we wish she would smile more! Every once in a while you can get a picture of her with a smirk on her face as if she is trying to not smile.
She is such a happy little girl all the time and we love every minute of it.
Kim saw a post on pinterest the other day of someone putting their baby inside a pumpkin for a picture so the ideas started for another photo shoot. This is what we came up with.
WE can't wait for fall and all of the things that come with the season. Halloween and Thanksgiving.. such a fun time with family!
Last of all... Liv has found a new toy that we just cant get enough of her playing with. WE have a penguin that use to hold a rose but now the rose has fallen off and Livy thinks is the best chew toy ever!
Isn't that the sweetest face you have ever seen. I love her clenched jaw, chubby cheek look!
Happy October! Be Safe and Have a great rest of the week!
