Trevor has been taking his CNA course this semester! He has enjoyed every minute of it... and if you know Trevor that says a lot since he has never been fond of school. Last week was his final week of class and on Wednesday last week he took his final! He passed his final in the class with a 100%. So his final grade in the whole class was above 90%. This is where things get a little more stressed. The class he was taking, if he gets a 75% or higher he gets his certificate of completion, and then is to schedule his state board test so he can officially be a certified CNA and get a good job! He scheduled his test for tomorrow... Thursday in the morning!
The State Board test includes a written test in which he has to answer a minimum or 75 questions right and a maximum of like 130 or something! He just continues taking test questions until he gets the right amount correct! Then once he is done with the written part of the test he moves on to the skills portion of the test! I think if i remember right he has to do 4 skills where he acts out how to do certain things like change a bed pan or help a patient walk and speak how he is doing the steps in the correct order to a judge. That is the part Trevor is the most worried about.. but I know he can do it because he already has done it for a whole semester in class.
What I am asking is please keep him in your thought and prayers tomorrow morning so he can be focused on everything he has already learned. That he can have a clear mind to remember everything he has learned. That he wont be nervous, and he can remain calm and collected and do everything that he knows how to do! We are so proud of him and are excited to move on with a new part of our life when he passes! He will be leaving for Showlow to take his test at 8am! We will not know if he passed or failed till next week! Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers that he can pass!
I know he can do it! He just needs a little support! :)
Happy Wednesday before Christmas! We are celebrating out Lord and Savior Jesus Christ everyday!
